The Golden Apple Snail(Pomacea canaliculata) Comprehensive Prevention and Control Technology Training Conference, part of the "2026 Grassroots Agricultural Technology Extension System Reform and Construction Project in Chuanshan District," was held as scheduled in Hesha Town, Chuanshan District, Suining City, Sichuan Province. The training was organized by the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau of Suining Chuanshan District and undertaken by the People's Government of Hesha Town, Chuanshan District, Suining City, and Sichuan Ruijinte Technology Co., Ltd.
During the training session, Professor Yang Chunping from Sichuan Agricultural University provided a detailed lecture on golden apple snail identification methods, damage characteristics, and comprehensive prevention and control technologies. The content was both professional and practical, making it easy for grassroots personnel to understand and apply. A technical representative from Ruijinte shared practical experiences, presenting successful cases of apple snail prevention and control in different habitats such as rice fields, reservoirs, ditches, and ponds. The representative also demonstrated prevention and control products and their effectiveness on site, allowing participants to directly observe the application results of the technologies, thereby further strengthening their confidence in scientific prevention and control.
Ruijinte stated that it will take this training conference as an opportunity to continue deepening its work in the field of comprehensive golden apple snail prevention and control, further optimize technical solutions, increase technology research, development, and promotion efforts, strengthen coordination and cooperation with grassroots agricultural technology departments and township governments, and provide more precise, efficient, and green prevention and control products and technical services.
