Working Principle

How to Use

1. Determine the Quantity:

For monitoring purposes: Hang 45–75 traps per hectare .

For pest control: Use 300–450 traps per hectare, depending on the pest population density and crop scale.

2. Choose the Hanging Position:

For low-growing crops: Position the bottom of the trap 15–20 cm above the crop canopy.

For taller crops or fruit trees: Hang the trap in the middle to upper part of the plant, in well-ventilated, sunlit areas, avoiding obstruction by branches or leaves.

3. Hanging Method:

In greenhouses: Use wire or rope through the two hanging holes to secure the trap, then hang it vertically from the upper frame of the greenhouse.

In open fields: Attach wooden sticks or bamboo poles to both sides of the trap and insert them firmly into the ground to keep the trap upright and stable.

4. Regular Replacement & Maintenance:

Replace the trap when 70%–80% of its surface is covered with insects or when the adhesiveness diminishes. Timely replacement ensures optimal pest control effectiveness.
